SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Large orders and orders placed during holiday seasons or big sales may take longer ship. If you need something by a certain date, contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

Preorders ship according to their specified timeframe; be sure to read the details of each preorder listed on the products' page.

These timeframes apply to our processing time only and do not include the time it takes for a package to move through USPS.

All sales are final. Each item is made to order therefore we do not accept returns on any items. However, we may be able to exchange an item (see below).

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shopmydarlingdaisies@gmail.com.
