Operating Hours
Darling Daisies working hours are from Monday through Friday from 10AM to 5PM PST. During these hours, we handle order packaging, shipping,, and respond to customer service inquiries.- Pre-Order Turnaround Time: The shipping timeline varies depending on the specific pre-order item. Please ensure you select the correct size, as all sales, including pre-order items are final.
- Pre-Sale RTS Turnaround Time: Up to 6 weeks to receive tracking. Please note that unexpected delays may extend this timeframe.
- Ready to Ship Items: Processing your order may take up to 7 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays), before you receive tracking information.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 shipped within the USA qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated and provided at checkout.
Changes and Cancellations
- Size Changes: All sales are final, and no changes to sizes can be accommodated after purchase.
- Order Cancellations: All sales are final.
- Address Changes: We will make every effort to accommodate address changes, but decisions can only be made once we receive further details.
Delivery and Handling
- Package Damaged in Transit: Once packages are scanned by the carrier and leave our possession, they are no longer our responsibility. Please address any issues with the carrier service.
- Tracking Issues: If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your items, you must file a claim with the carrier service. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession.
Mockups and Product Accuracy
- Mockups Disclosure: Many items on our site utilize custom mockups and may not display images of the actual product. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in scale, colors, and garment details may occur. Refunds will not be issued based on these variations.

A. We currently ship only within the United States.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A.We will ship your items within 4-5 business days after it is received or customized, which will be 4-6 weeks from the end of the preorder period.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. You will receive a USPS tracking number once your item has shipped.
Exchanges and Returns
Q. Can I return or exchange items in my order?
A. We do not offer exchanges or returns. All sale orders are final. Please review items carefully before placing an order.
